MBTI Personality Profiling

We offer Myers Briggs personality testing for individuals and organisations. The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most widely used personality test in the world, with over 2 million people taking it each year. It is based on over 50 years of research and is used for personal development, vocational guidance, team building, leadership training, management training and relationship counselling.

The MBTI is a Personality Profiling Tool that was developed in the 1940s. Over 40 million people have undertaken the test, for a wide variety of purposes. It takes four measurements, based on:

  • Introversion vs Extraversion (where you put your attention and get energy from)
  • Intuition vs Sensing (How you take in information)
  • Thinking vs Feeling (How you make decisions)
  • Judging vs Perceiving (How you organise your world)

The questionnaire takes about 20 minutes to complete, with 93 multiple-choice questions. There are a number of reports available.

DISC Personality Profile

The DISC personality tool categorises four main behavioural types, each with a distinct pattern. Developed by William Marston, DISC can be applied to any business or personal situation to create insight. Understanding the DISC patterns has allowed people worldwide to better understand themselves and the dynamics with a team.

With a better understanding of behavioural styles, professional and personal relationships are enhanced, communication skills are improved, and conflict is reduced. Not only that, you will be able to fully understand what motivates yourself or others.

The online DISC Profile can be used as a training tool to create better rapport among people in the workplace, particularly in sales, management and leadership. But DISC can also be used for personal development, and other coaching and training applications.

The D.I.S.C. Personality Profile
With the online DISC Profile, participants take a non-judgmental survey that aims to assess behavioural types and personality styles. It helps people explore their behaviour across four main aspects:

  • Dominance: Direct and decisive, these people tend to be independent and results driven. Their personality is strong-willed, and they enjoy challenges, taking action, and seeing instant results.
  • Influence: Influencers are optimistic and outgoing, the social butterflies. They prefer being on teams, talk openly, and often entertain and motivate others.
  • Steadiness: Typically team players show empathy and are helpful to others.  They prefer being behind the scene, working in consistent and predictable ways. They are often good listeners and avoid change and conflict.
  • Conscientiousness: These people are often focused on details and quality. They plan ahead cautiously and continually check for accuracy. They want to know the “how” and “why” of everything.

Results of the online DISC Profile report helps to provide effective insights, so that team members and leaders can enable better communication, understanding, and tolerance. It can also help managers to assess which tasks are best suited for individuals.
